Smoothness and continuity of cost functionals for ECG mismatch computation

The field of cardiac electrophysiology tries to abstract, describe and finally model the electrical characteristics a heartbeat. With recent advances in electrophysiology, models have become more powerful descriptive as ever. However, advance inverse electrophysiological modeling, i.e. creating from measurements such ECG, less investigated smoothness simulated ECGs w.r.t. parameters need be further explored. present paper discusses terms whole pipeline which describes how physiological parameters, we arrive at ECG. Employing pipeline, create test-bench simplified idealized left ventricle demonstrate most important factors for efficient modeling through smooth cost functionals. Such knowledge will designing future optimization machine learning methods.
